COLD CUPS

Only suitable for cold drinks, we recommend hand wash only for this item.
Inside of the cup can be cleaned with hot soapy water, though it should not be submerged. Outside should only be very gently wiped with a soft damp cloth when necessary. Lid and straw can be soaked and scrubbed for cleanliness.

Treat it right and it'll last ages, we have some customers coming back two years later that are still immaculate.
CAN GLASSES
​
The glass element is dishwasher safe though we do recommend washing on eco wash setting to offer longevity for the print, like anything constantly washed in very high temperatures fade will eventually happen.
​
Lid care - remove the rubber seal give a really good wash and air dry thoroughly before replacing the seal. As the lid is made from bamboo a natural product it will crack/split if soaked, the lids may also grow mold if constantly left on a cup with liquid in.
INSULATED TUMBLERS
​
Like our can glasses the insulated steel tumblers are dishwasher safe including the lids and straws. Again we recommend washing on ecowash setting as higher temperatures will eventually lead to fade.

You will have been provided with a straw cleaner when you purchased and we recommend using this regularly with your metal straw.
​
We recommend periodically removing the rubber seal to clean underneath to prevent mould growth.
TOTE BAGS / CLOTHING
​
We have washed these in the washing machine but recommend hand wash for longevity.
Avoid fabric softener as this can lead to the transfer cracking.
​
If washing in a machine use cold or cool cycle and wash inside out.
​
If ironing if required iron on the reverse of the image.
