Personalised items have a 7-14 day turnaround. All items will be sent Royal Mail second class signed for with a flat rate fee of £5
RETURN POLICY
Personalised items are non- returnable or refundable unless item arrives damaged. If this is the case photos must be sent of the damage to us the same day the item is received . Please provide photos of the packaging if that was damaged. If packaging is noticeably damaged when delivered please refuse delivery so that it is returned to us and we will immediately replace and reissue while we claim from the carrier.

Any personalised items can be washed gently in soapy water but must not be soaked or put in dishwasher unless specifically stated as dishwasher safe in the product description

PAYMENT METHOD
We accept payment via paypal or wix payments using all major credit an debit cards.
If you would prefer to pay via bank trnasfer please be aware that we will not start to produce your items until payment has landed in our account.
